Great game but too many glitches

This is my favorite game but I dont play as often any more due to the glitches. Half of the times I play my last tile to win the game it shuts down. When I re-open the app it says I have to play a tile but theyve all been played and the board is frozen. The only way to move forward is to quit the game which takes away points. Really s*#%s!!!
