Super fun game but .....

I have a hard time getting it to start playing. Screen flashes or nobody shows up on the screen to play. Ive even had a game show up with four players and none of them were me!! But once I can get it working I can usually play for hours. I say usually because it does crash and whoever has the least amount of points wins. Thats ok, but when the game has hardly started, its crap when that happens.

I used to play single play until I got comfortable to play the Play Now mode as I thought in that mode I would be playing other live players like myself. Or at least thats the way it started. Now Im playing a live person only about 5-10% of the time. Im playing against the ??? Game?? Its not as fun as they have the advantage to move quickly and scramble the tiles. Whereas live players cant do that. When playing live players versus the Game the skill level is about the same, which makes it fun. I end up playing the same Game players over and over. So ridiculous. How can they continuously have 20-25 tiles and go out in one play? Or how is it that they can lay down 30+ points right away and I hardly ever can. I feel the game always has the advantage. I dont expect to win every game but feel it should be more fair to us live players.
And as others have said, they should have it where we can play our friends.
I dont know why I keep playing this since it crashes a lot and takes 5+ min. to get a game going.
Just fix the problems with the crashes, like you keep telling me youre doing when I contact you and make the playing field more fair to us.
