Game is fun just like the board game but it is a HUGE drain on the battery! Played for an hour on a full charge and was down to 10%...checked stats and this game as using 77% of battery....not good!

I dont have problems with it crashing or with losing an extraordinary number of times. I do have a problem with single player game play at the "Pro" level being no different than the easy level and too elementary. Sometimes one must sacrifice putting down a play to hold out for a better play - so when the computer does nothing but make 3s-of-a-kind By breaking up runs, I consider that junk and unsophisticated.

Fun game but to many problems, lost over 3900 points due to game crashing

Hey if you like rummy and scrabble (THE BOARD & CARD GAMES)Well Your Gonna Love this game give it a shot.

The game has been inoperative for two weeks. Any attempt to reach Customer Service has been unsuccessful.

Just updated and it wont play at all. Very annoying. I wish I wouldnt have updated but they said they fixed the bug. I dont think so.

The "other players" hold all of the tiles and rarely make a play unless they can "go out", or nearly go out. They especially hold out on playing wilds. The AI needs some serious attention for the single player mode. This could be a very fun app for the game if some additional effort were put in to get the programming up to snuff.

I have a hard time getting it to start playing. Screen flashes or nobody shows up on the screen to play. Ive even had a game show up with four players and none of them were me!! But once I can get it working I can usually play for hours. I say usually because it does crash and whoever has the least amount of points wins. Thats ok, but when the game has hardly started, its crap when that happens. I used to play single play until I got comfortable to play the Play Now mode as I thought in that mode I would be playing other live players like myself. Or at least thats the way it started. Now Im playing a live person only about 5-10% of the time. Im playing against the ??? Game?? Its not as fun as they have the advantage to move quickly and scramble the tiles. Whereas live players cant do that. When playing live players versus the Game the skill level is about the same, which makes it fun. I end up playing the same Game players over and over. So ridiculous. How can they continuously have 20-25 tiles and go out in one play? Or how is it that they can lay down 30+ points right away and I hardly ever can. I feel the game always has the advantage. I dont expect to win every game but feel it should be more fair to us live players. And as others have said, they should have it where we can play our friends. I dont know why I keep playing this since it crashes a lot and takes 5+ min. to get a game going. Just fix the problems with the crashes, like you keep telling me youre doing when I contact you and make the playing field more fair to us.

Rarely have a problem with the app crashing and I enjoy the game, but really hate that the opponent holds tiles until it can practically go out, not fair play.

Why the heck wouldnt you make this so can challenge friends who have the app too? Lame sauce

Really like the game! Only thing is I cant find out how to invite and play with a friend. But other than that I like it and I think yall did a great job on making it like the board game! call: Oh Lord Jesus! :-)
